Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not govern all the information we may process but it does govern the handling of personal information we receive from our clients and customers. We obtain information about individuals primarily in these ways:

We collect information from three types of individuals:
- Our customers are individuals and businesses who have purchased or signed up for one of our online products, coaching/training or memberships.
- Subscribers are individuals who sign up for free or paid coaching content from our Sites. If you submit your email to download a PDF, or to sign up for our email list, you are probably a subscriber. Subscriber data includes but is not limited to first name, last name, phone number and email address.
- Individuals at external venues who provide information in order to sign up for our email list for the purpose of receiving information about our products and services, newsletters, and announcements, etc., and individuals who provide comments on our blog posts.
What information Do We Collect?
Depending on your use of our Sites or direct interaction with us, we collect two types of information: personal information and non-personal information. Customers may be required to establish an account in order to take advantage of certain features for our Sites. Do We Collect Information From Children Under 16 Years of Age?
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our products and services are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 16. We do not collect personal information from any person we actually know is under the age of 16.
What Do We Do With The Information We Collect From Customers, Subscribers And Other Individuals?
As it pertains to your individual use of our Sites, we use the information collected to provide you with an excellent overall experience interacting with us and when using our Sites. We may disclose information about you to our Corporate Affiliates. Our Sites or services may provide you with access to other websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any websites or services other than our own. You are encouraged to read the privacy policy of each website or service you engage with. Our Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through our Site, products, or services.
Is Information Collected by Us Secure?
We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We have physical, electronic and managerial procedures and safeguards in place to help prevent unauthorized access to your information. However, no system is failsafe, including encryption systems. Could My Information Be Transferred To Other Countries?
We are an LLC incorporated in the United States. We do not operate offices in other countries as of the date of this Privacy Policy. Therefore, we do not have measures in place to directly transfer your personal information to other countries. However, personal information that you publish on any of our Sites or submit for publication on any of our Sites may be accessible, via the Internet, around the world. In such cases, we cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.
