Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policies

Moruwa LLC (& Janice Anderson) wants you to be completely satisfied with the products and services you receive. Please email us at Info@Moruwa.com for any refund/exchange/cancellation requests.

Products: include physical products such as books, CD’s, DVD’s as well as digital products (such as pre-recorded webinar training/courses/coaching, recorded audio training/courses/coaching, etc.)

LIVE EVENTS: include any events that take place LIVE and in-person such as Conferences/Speaking Events; as well as LIVE virtual events and/or courses (such as LIVE webinar training/coaching/memberships, LIVE audio training/coaching/memberships, etc.)

Refund/Exchange Policy (Products)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you have 14 days to request a refund or exchange.

Refund/Cancellation Policy (LIVE EVENTS)

Registrants must cancel at least 14 days prior to the LIVE EVENT (and within 30 days of actual purchase) to receive a 100% refund. Registrants who cancel with less than a 14-day (must be within 30 days of actual purchase) notice will receive a 50% refund.  No Refunds will be given after 30 days of actual purchase or after the LIVE EVENT date.

Moruwa reserves the right to cancel any LIVE EVENT if a minimum number of people have not registered. We will notify you via e-mail within 48 hours of the LIVE EVENT if it is canceled and will contact you to provide you with either a full refund, credit, or transfer to another LIVE EVENT.

Should weather or speaker illness cause the in-person LIVE EVENT to be canceled you will be notified by phone and/or email immediately (if you are a registered attendee). If possible, a make-up will be scheduled, or you will be granted a credit or transfer to another comparable LIVE EVENT. NOTE: Credits must be used within 6 months of the date of issuance, or the credit will be forfeited.

If you miss an in-person LIVE EVENT with no notice, you will be allowed a credit (not a refund). NOTE: Credits must be used within 6 months of the date of issuance, or the credit will be forfeited.
